The 1/8 Beef Box - Deposit

Perfect for households with modest freezer space, our 1/8 Beef Box offers a well-balanced variety of premium cuts — from steaks and roasts to ground beef — all sourced directly from our pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle.

Each animal is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to naturally enhance tenderness and flavour. After aging, our skilled local butchers hand-cut and carefully vacumm seal every portion with precision and pride. Customers consistently tell us they’re impressed by the quality, consistency, and beautiful presentation of each box.

Every 1/8 Beef Box includes approximatley 60 lbs. of beef. What's inside you may ask? You can expect it to be ~32% Ground Beef/Stew, ~30% Steaks, ~33% Roasts and ~5% Ribs/Brisket.

Here is a breakdown (remember quantites may vary based on the size of cow):

Ground Beef & Stew (1 lbs Pkgs.)

• 12-13 pkgs. of Ground Beef
• 2-3 pkgs. of Stew Meat
• ~2.5lbs of Beef Patties

Ribs

• 1 pkg of Short Ribs

Steaks (3 Per Pkg. - 1 In. Thick)

• 6-7 pkgs. of Premier Cuts (T-Bone, Top Sirloin, Prime Rib, Butt Tenderloin)
• 6-9 pkgs of Everyday Cuts (Round, Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Cross Rib)
• Total of 36-42 Steaks

Roasts (3-4lbs Per Roast)

• 2 pkgs of Premier Roasts (Prime Rib, Sirloin Tip)
• 3-4 pkgs of Everyday Roasts (Round, Chuck, Cross Rib)
• Totals of 5-6 Roasts
