Looking for a deeper commitment to local, naturally raised beef? Our 1/4 Beef Box offers even more variety and value while easily fitting into most medium-sized deep freezers.
Each animal is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to naturally enhance tenderness and flavour. After aging, our skilled local butchers hand-cut and vacuum seal every portion with precision and pride. It’s a great way to stock up with confidence, knowing where your food comes from and how it was raised.
Each 1/4 Cow Beef Box contains approximately 120lbs of beef. What's inside you may ask? You can expect it to be ~32% Ground Beef/Stew, ~30% Steaks, ~33% Roasts and ~5% Ribs/Brisket.
